Thank you for confirming your online English classes. To get started, please see the class information below.

Transfer (Pre-Paid Classes)

Before beginning your online classes, your membership plan payment must be transferred to the provided account. Classes are non-refundable.

Missed Class Policy

Regrettably, we cannot reschedule lessons due to their fixed timetables, so please prioritize attending all your scheduled sessions. Additionally, credits for missed lessons cannot be provided. Think of it like a gym membership: if you miss a class, there is no ongoing credit.  Your commitment to attending all classes is greatly appreciated.

Computers & Connectivity

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their computer and internet connection are functioning during the scheduled class. Class cancellation due to a student's technical problem will have the same missed class policy.

Lateness for Online Classes

Sometimes things can come up unexpectedly and cause you to be late for class. If you think you might be running late, just let me know ahead of time, but keep in mind that consistent tardiness can be disruptive to the other learners.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the teacher is unable to attend the class, students will be notified via email, and the classes will resume at the next regularly scheduled time. Students will not lose any monthly credits for classes missed due to teacher cancellations.
